The teacher was really knowledgeable and answered every question really well and with an indepth explanation. Was a fun class and I learn some great skills. I’ll will be back to do another class again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic class. Danny Russo provided a range of different seafood options to cook in the woodfired oven. I highly recommend anyone with a woodfired oven to expand your cooking options.

Very good afternoon session with handy hints on making gluten-free pizzas. The gluten-free pizzas made during the session were yummy and presented as a normal pizza. Winner winner!

I very much enjoyed my time on Saturday and I was part of a good group all there to learn from Joe, who imparted a lot of his knowledge in the process of preparing a wood fired oven and then the production of the pizza dough and pizza making. They were delicious. I only have a weber gas bbq and stone and my pizzas were delicious. I hope to one day be able to purchase an authentic pizza oven to obtain pizza perfection. Thank you again.
